Our Objective

Our objective for this project is simple; we want to transform your ER into a well-oiled machine. Every machine has an array of parts that have to function at optimum level and in co-ordination. If even one part is not functioning properly the machine will not be able to perform. Just like that every ER Department has to have all of its healthcare and management staff working in perfect harmony.

This project will start off by mapping the scope of services in your ER. It will ensure that all healthcare workers are optimally trained, the infrastructure is up-to-date and all equipment will also be reviewed. All of this will be followed with the standardization of all processes of care.

We will also establish a quality parameter that will monitor the standards of care in the ER and Critical Care Departments. This will also include both Pre-Hospital Services like Ambulance Services, as well as In-Hospital Services. This project will also develop in house or accredited training programs within the ER Department.

We provide various marketing proposal to showcase ER services as the need may be.

2.Multiple Brainstorming Sessions – (picture of brainstorming session conducted in the past)

With the Task Force in place brainstorming sessions will be conducted to plan the projects’ succession. This will be done in two parts –

  • First we assess and understand the scope of services. Then we categorize the different Levels of ER Services.
  • We then identify the gaps and challenges that healthcare workers face in the ER.
