In recent years, we have figured out the importance of emergency and critical care on a very deep level. India is the largest democracy in the world and so the status of our healthcare facilities should also be of a certain standard. Unfortunately, such is not the case. India still struggles with advancements in the quality and standard of Emergency and Critical Care Facilities & Services, even in Tier 1 cities.
When we walk into a hospital ER, we expect a quick response so that we can either be on our way out or we can be treated further and be on our track to recovery. Instead, what we encounter are long waiting lines, delayed diagnosis, lack of adequate resources and structured processes and insufficiently trained professionals.
This is a problem that can slowly but surely cripple any hospital. What we need to focus on is working towards ‘Maximum Care with Minimum Waiting’. Our project is what can help you achieve such a functional and efficient state in your Emergency and Critical Care departments.
We can help train your Healthcare workers through Basic and Functional Training. We not only provide mentoring for the development of structured processes and protocol for patient centric care but also guide your organization in the procurement and management of resources to reduce the ‘Time to Treatment’. All of these will not only improve patient outcome but also increase patient satisfaction, which is everyone’s eventual goal.

We also have life saving skill training for the community which can be used by schools,colleges,RWAs and various nonmedical work places.It gives understanding of pearls and pitfalls of first aid to participants along with hands on training on CPR-AED.
