Establishing Ambulance Services

This is a project that will enable healthcare institutions to establish or refurbish their own Ambulance Services. It will undertake the responsibility of training the manpower required to run such a service. Both Basic and Advanced Level of training will be given to EMTs.

The process of the institute’s Pre-Hospital Care Services will be standardized during this project. This will include the establishment of various ways of communication within the different sections involved in Ambulance Services. The process and filing of the required documentation will also be outlined and taught. Lastly, there will be a building of KPIs.
