Dr V.Gautam
Professor Dr V.Gautam, MBBS, FRCS, FRCEM, FRCP
I am a senior Clinician with extensive Medical Academic experience along with comprehensive international training experience in all stages and specialities of Emergency Care, especially under resource constraint. My Clinical Training was done in India, Cambridge, Leeds, Machester, Portsmouth (UK) and the USA.
Worked extensively in service development and delivery, both as a team member and senior manager. I am able to support service standardisation and improve patient experience with bespoke skilled based multi professional multi-disciplinary courses.
I have worked as a Consultant in a London Hospitial and Associate Dean of Postgraduate Medical Education at the University of London.
I was one of the first Medical Directors of ALS in UK also associated with scientific journals and publications in several countries and have helped in the development of MSc Course for Physician Associates.
My international appointments include founder head and professor of Trauma and Emergency Care, advisor to Government on comprehensive life-support and international prehospital courses.
It is my passion to improve emergency and immediate care through focused outreach and contextual skill-based training which can lead to patient satisfaction. Upskilling always gives multiple benefits like improved outcomes, revenue generation, research competencies, service development and retention of trained staff.

Elizabeth G. Clark
Strategic and operational executive with 20+ years of healthcare leadership experience in population health needs assessment, clinical service planning, delivery and operations, health service planning and experience with patient-centered design.
I am an expert analyst and researcher who is well versered with healthcare transformation and skilled in navigating the complex financial and market dynamics that impact the healthcare industry.
As a proven leader with several years of healthcare executive leadership experience in the U.S., Sub Saharan Africa, Saudi Arabia and India who has conceived and driven programs that improve individual, hospital, and population health outcomes.
Relevant Experience
● Steered transformative initiatives that improved patient care, operational efficiencies, and financial results for a prominent hospital group comprising 16 hospitals and clinics in India and the GCC. Key areas of involvement- Clinical Program Development and Workforce Planning to strengthen the delivery of care.
● Initiated and managed an Emergency Medicine medical residency program in India with academic support of a U.S. Level 1 trauma center that became the Government of India’s nationally accredited prototype for all recognized EM clinical training programs
● Analyzed supply-and-demand dynamics based on population health needs, examined hospital norms, identified challenges, and presented well-received recommendations to improve service delivery for a GCC MOH aspiring to become a medical tourist destination
● Contracted by State of Texas Department of Health Services to lead the Covid-19 tracking/reporting function—for 7 rural counties; Led service planning for agency and managed contract workers and defined mission objectives, developed operational standards and data-entry protocols, streamlined processes and established clear priorities
● Supported a partnership between Boston University Medical Center and the Lesotho Ministry of Health (LMOH) which provided a baseline assessment of the national health system to document clinical and administrative capabilities including workforce planning and development
● More than half a dozen feasibility studies for Skilled Nursing and Memory Care organizations. Provided rationale for acquisition, market entry, expansion, and/or service enhancement
